Works Crate costs 1,500 CR or 119 Robux. Displayed rarity odds are 40% Common, 38% Rare, 17% Epic, 5% Legendary. After 12 crates without an Epic, the next crate is Epic or better. That pity counter is on the crate card and is not a promise of a Legendary. Duplicates convert to credits. The crate page lists Common 50 CR, Rare 125 CR, Epic 350 CR, and Legendary 900 CR.
